Honey Badger Tanto Large (D2) – 7 Med Bn Gp – Parabat Wing/Cycle Medic

These Special Edition Large Tanto knives were made as a tribute to the Medics of 7 Med Bn Gp who completed the 7 Med Cycle.

These knives are available to veterans and currently serving members.

The blade has the Parabat Wing engraved on one side and the 7 Med Cycle Medic emblem on the opposite side. The maroon coloured handles make these limited edition knives extra special.

The Tanto blade was inspired by the short armour piercing swords used by Samurai in feudal Japan. The blade shape replaces a curved belly for an angular edge transition that makes for a much stronger and more prominent point. The durable tip and strong robust point makes it good for piercing through tough objects. While most modern uses of a Tanto does not carry over from the traditional use as an armour puncturing tool, they can still be used to great effect for day-to-day tasks.
