This Cross-Bolt Drop-Point StoneWash Knife forms part of the first release in our range to feature the Honey Badger Cross-Bolt locking axis. With only 120 units available in South Africa, it represents a key evolution in locking performance, safety, and everyday usability.
The modern cross-bolt locking mechanism uses a hardened steel bar that spans the width of the knife and engages securely with the blade tang. This creates a strong, dependable lockup that resists accidental closure under pressure. Unlike liner or frame locks, the cross-bolt system allows the blade to be opened and closed without placing fingers in the blade path, improving user safety. The smooth, low-friction action enables fast, controlled one-handed operation.
