EDCS Returns & Refund Policy
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may contact us to arrange for this item/s to be returned to EDCS for a full refund, replacement, or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice/slip as proof of purchase. You may contact our Customer Relations Department within seven (7) business days on sales@EDC-S.co.za, and follow the next steps:
- Add a copy of your proof of payment (tax invoice/slip) and explain why you wish to return, replace, or exchange the product.
- Wait for an email from EDCS with a “Return Policy Number”
- The Product must then be mailed, couriered or hand delivered to EDCS with this Return Policy Number stipulated on paper with the original invoice/slip
- The Product must arrive at EDCS in its original packaging, that must not be damaged, tampered with or destroyed.
- If you will be sending the Product via mail or courier, you must securely wrap the Product to protect it against theft and damage. You must insure the parcel for the full retail value of the Product(s).
Incorrect Product
Upon receipt of the Product, EDCS will inspect the Product and its packaging and if it is resalable, send you the correct Product.
Defective Product
Upon receipt of the Product, EDCS will inspect the product and depending on the warranty of the Product, notify you and in its discretion either send you a replacement Product or refund you including shipping costs.
EDCS do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of EDCS where you return the product, the proof of purchase has been handed in and they have inspected the condition of the item returned.
Please note: EDCS will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened, or tampered with, any products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations. Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 15 working days to reflect.
PLEASE NOTE – all subjected Products will be managed according to the Manufacturers Guaranty and/or Warranty.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a purchase for whatever reason, please contact EDCS via our Customer Care Email stipulated above. While any cancellation of orders will be accepted at sole and absolute discretion of EDCS and we provide no warranty that any cancellation of any order will be accepted, any cancellation which EDCS do accept will only be accepted if you notify us of your intention to cancel prior to dispatch of the order in question.
EDCS reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach of any of the Terms & Conditions.
