Shipping Policy

Online orders placed with The EDC Solution (EDCS) will be delivered by a courier service. The terms & conditions of this courier company will apply to deliveries booked through us, as well as the following:

1. These terms & conditions apply when you choose to use our selected Courier service.
2. Free Nationwide Delivery for order above the stipulated amount on our Home Page.
3. We have outsourced all delivery arrangements. Accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
4. Deliveries are normally made from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 by a third-party courier service.
5. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification.
6. Any person other than Yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on Your behalf.
7. Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the courier will keep the products and follow their procedures, such as: The delivery service will attempt to contact You in order to arrange for an alternate delivery time.
8. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required in the circumstances.
9. Please note that our Couriers only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number, Postnet or PUDO locker.
10. The courier requires that every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery.
11. Orders can be covered by insurance during transit; however, this option is an additional cost that will be for the account of the customer. Once the products have reached your shipping address, the risk passes to you for any loss or damage to the products.
12. Delivery charges are calculated automatically by the Website; however, calculation errors may occur, and EDCS may notify you of such and either pass a refund or require an additional charge to cover the delivery.
13. Delivery should take place within 3 working days after the despatch of goods.
