The illustrious Swiss design has remained practically unchanged and timeless since 1947 of the Classic REX Peeler. A lightweight, ergonomic curved handle, crafted from recycled aluminum, designed with an ultra-sharp, hardened stainless steel blade and potato eye remover on the side. The plain stainless steel Victorinox REX blade is of a pivoting construction that’s self-adjusting, depending on the pressure applied, peeling extremely close to the flesh of the fruit or vegetable skin, preserving the inherent vitamins.
