Description
Victorinox turns it’s iconic fixed blade steak/paring knife into a small, versatile, portable folding version, easily opened with two hands and locks up securely with a liner lock-style mechanism. A slightly longer, curved blade than the original fixed blade, with a light, thinner ergonomic handle recreating the undulating handle shape.
Compact, at only 42 gram, and practical, ultra sharp ‘take-anywhere’ knife for the kitchen and outdoor cooking, store in the drawer at work, lunchbox, day hikes, picnicking, music festivals and camping in the bush.
